Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Pass FedEx Ground criminal background check
• Have reliable transportation to and from work
• Obtain client or customer signatures if/when needed
• Value customer service
• Have a strong work ethic
• Pass a drug test (includes marijuana) with continued random drug screenings throughout employment

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Meet delivery deadlines
• Load and unload packages with care
• Scan and track deliveries and package pick-ups
• Communicate with managers, dispatchers, drivers and/or other team members
• Follow best practices for safety, both on the road and while loading or unloading a truck
